MovoDeals Refund & Return Policy

At MovoDeals, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.


1. Return Eligibility & Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
  • It must have all original tags, accessories, and manuals attached.
  • It must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or licensing regulations. These include:

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance, flash sales, or items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
  • Digital Goods: Downloadable software, gift cards, or activated digital licenses.
  • Personal Care: Cosmetics, intimate apparel, or personal hygiene products.
  • Customized Items: Any personalized or custom-engraved merchandise.

3. How to Start a Return

Initiating a return is simple. Please follow these three steps:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our support team at support@movodeals.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Approval: If your return is accepted, we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item), MovoDeals will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (such as selecting the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Original Payment Method: The credit will automatically be applied back to your original credit card or original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on our storefront.
